Role Description This full-time remote role as an IT Support Officer / IT Support Specialist (Entry / Junior Level) focuses on providing day-to-day technical assistance to employees and stakeholders of the FC Den Bosch Foundation.

Responsibilities include responding to support requests via ticketing systems, email, or messaging tools; diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues; and guiding users through solutions in a clear and supportive manner. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers and peripheral devices, monitoring system performance, and escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when needed. The IT Support Specialist will document common problems and resolutions, maintain accurate asset and incident records, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and user experience.

Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to security and privacy guidelines are integral to this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Technical Support and Information Technology to assist users and manage basic IT environments.




- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting to identify, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in working with Desktop Computers, including installation, configuration, and routine maintenance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Printer Support, including setup, connectivity, and resolving print-related issues.
- Candidates should demonstrate clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a work from home environment.
- Candidates should be familiar with common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS), basic networking concepts, and standard office productivity software.
- Candidates should ideally have an entry-level certification or coursework in IT (such as CompTIA A+, ITIL fundamentals, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
