IT Factory is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, adaptable all‑rounder to join our Bundoora warehouse team. This role suits someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse operations, IT hardware handling, and on‑site installation work across Victoria.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the end‑to‑end handling of IT equipment, including collection, testing, reporting, and preparing devices for deployment. When projects are active, you’ll also support our field services team by installing hardware such as printers, monitors, and other workplace devices in offices across Victoria.

This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety — no two days look the same.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect IT equipment from client sites across Melbourne using a company Pantech truck
- Receive, unpack, sort, and store incoming hardware
- Test, diagnose, and record the condition of IT equipment
- Prepare devices for redeployment, recycling, or remarketing
- Install printers, monitors, docking stations, and other devices at client offices
- Maintain accurate warehouse and asset records
- Support general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For





- Experience in IT hardware handling, warehousing, or a similar technical role
- Comfortable working with laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals
- Strong attention to detail when testing and documenting equipment
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Victoria
- Valid driver’s licence (required)
- Forklift licence (highly desirable)
- Ability to safely drive a Pantech truck for collections and deliveries
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
