VIS Global is looking for an experienced Cyara Consultant with solid hands-on experience in IVR testing, voice automation, and contact centre testing. The ideal candidate will design, execute, and maintain automated test cases using the Cyara platform to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of IVR and voice solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute IVR test scenarios and test cases using the Cyara platform.
- Perform end-to-end testing of IVR, voice, DTMF, speech recognition, call flows, and call routing.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts and test journeys in Cyara.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for IVR and contact centre solutions.
- Validate call flows, prompts, menus, transfers, authentication, and backend integrations.
- Identify, analyse, and document defects and work closely with development and contact centre teams to resolve them.
- Monitor automated test results and investigate test failures and call-flow issues.
- Prepare test reports, dashboards,



and testing documentation for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, testers, and contact centre teams to understand requirements and convert them into effective test scenarios.
- Support the continuous improvement of IVR testing processes and automation frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of overall experience in software testing, IVR testing, voice automation, or contact centre technologies.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Cyara and IVR testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in automated testing of IVR and contact centre applications.
- Good understanding of voice applications, IVR call flows, DTMF, speech recognition, and call routing.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with contact centre technologies and voice platforms.
- Good communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
