Role Description This full-time remote Junior Business Analyst / Graduate Business Analyst role at VZ People focuses on supporting business analysis activities across projects and internal initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and analyzing business processes, and assisting in identifying opportunities for improvement.

The role involves working closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.

Responsibilities also include preparing reports and presentations, supporting data analysis, participating in meetings and workshops, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn and apply business analysis techniques, and contribute to delivering effective, efficient solutions.

Qualifications

- Robust Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Foundational Business Analysis and Business Requirements capabilities,



including requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.
- Understanding of Business Process concepts, such as process mapping, workflow analysis, and identifying process improvements.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written documentation, professional email communication, and confident participation in meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online collaboration platforms).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, with an interest in developing a career in business analysis or consulting.
- Exposure to project work, internships, or academic projects related to business, data, or process improvement is beneficial.
