Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire for two opportunities:

- Strata Manager
- Assistant Strata Manager

This is a great opportunity for either an experienced Strata Manager looking for a more manageable portfolio or an Assistant Strata Manager wanting to continue developing their career with strong support and mentoring. The business deliberately keeps portfolios manageable, with approximately 50 buildings / 550 lots, allowing Strata Managers to provide a high level of service without being overloaded.

There is also minimal after-hours work, giving the team a much better work-life balance than many traditional strata environments.

The Role Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Managing or assisting with a portfolio of approximately 50 buildings / 550 lots.
- Building solid relationships with owners, committees and contractors.
- Preparing for and facilitating AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings.
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors.
- Assisting with budgets, levies, insurance and financial matters.




- Providing advice around strata legislation, compliance and by-laws.
- Managing enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and proactive manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and portfolio administration.

What We're Looking For For the Strata Manager position, previous experience managing your own portfolio will be highly regarded. For the Assistant Strata Manager position, we're looking for someone with strata experience who is keen to develop their knowledge and progress their career.

Most importantly, you'll have strong communication skills, a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
