This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a landmark luxury apartment project with one of Sydney's most respected residential builders. You'll be supported by experienced Directors, trusted subcontractors and proven systems, allowing you to focus on delivering an exceptional project from start to finish.

The Project

Your first project will be a landmark high-end residential apartment development on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Working alongside experienced consultants and a professional project team,



you'll be responsible for maintaining programme, quality, safety and client expectations while delivering the level of finish Cumberland Building is known for.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage all on-site construction activities
- Drive programme, quality and safety outcomes
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Manage procurement and material scheduling
- Maintain strong client and consultant relationships
- Mentor Site Engineers, Foremen and junior team members
- Deliver projects to Cumberland's exceptional quality standards

About You To be considered you will have:

- Carpentry trade qualifications
- Cert IV or Diploma in Construction (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' Site Management experience on projects valued above $5M
- High-end residential experience with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable employment history
- Excellent references
