​About the Role

​We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and team-oriented Kitchen Hand / Front of House All-Rounder to join our team!

​In this dynamic role, you will bridge the gap between our kitchen and front-of-house operations. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our service running smoothly—from preparing ingredients and maintaining kitchen hygiene to taking orders and serving our guests with a friendly smile.

​Key Responsibilities

​Kitchen Support:

- ​Operating the commercial dishwasher, handwashing specialty items, and keeping dishwashing areas clean and organized.
- ​Assisting chefs with basic food preparation (chopping, washing, peeling, and portioning ingredients).
- ​Daily cleaning duties, including wiping down kitchen surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and taking out rubbish.

​Front of House & Service:

- ​Welcoming guests warmly, taking food and beverage orders accurately, and handling point-of-sale transactions.
- ​Serving meals and drinks to tables efficiently.
- ​Clearing, wiping down, and resetting tables for incoming guests.
- ​Ensuring front-of-house dining areas remain neat, tidy, and presentable.

​What We’re Looking For

- ​Must be available for full-day shifts (10:00 AM to close) on allocated rostered days.
- ​Previous experience in a restaurant, café,



or hospitality environment is preferred (but motivated beginners are welcome to apply!).
- ​Solid multi-tasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- ​High standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety awareness.
- ​Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused, friendly attitude.
- ​Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.​
