Head of Electronic Trading Technology Recruitment APAC at GQR Global Markets

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and technically strong Senior C++ Developer to join a local trading team. The team is responsible for the design and build of the real-time systematic trading application. The team is very collaborative and adopts key Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- The design and build of server-side C++ and C# components. New applications are built with C++ 17/20. The technical skillset and experience to work on multi-threaded lower latency applications as may be required.
n
- Collaboration with a Technical Business Analyst and the Development team to design effective and efficient software components that meet business requirements.
n
- Unit testing of developed software including the use of automated tests.
n
- Maintenance and support of developed software, including phased extensions.
n
n
Requirements for the role:
n
n
- Robust C++, including C++17.C++20/23
n
- MSSQL, not just SELECT queries
n
- Microsoft Visual Studio
n
- Use of Version Control software
n
- Developing applications for Linux and MS Windows
n
n
