We're on the hunt for a seasoned membership professional for our client who are a membership organisation within the professional services space.

n

What's the job?

n

You'll report into the GM and take full charge of the Membership portfolio. This includes strategy and day-to-day delivery across services, comms, acquisition, retention, and a fair amount of database wrangling.

n

n
- Review, refresh and drive member value proposition
n
- Get Life Membership and Fellowship processes back on track (and ready for Board review)
n
- Reintroduce welcome packs and clean up automated comms
n
- Plan and deliver the 2025 renewals and billing campaign (with Finance + Data Analyst)
n
- Sort out anniversary date memberships, credit card updates, and outbound comms
n
- Lead a CRM/database clean-up project—de-dupe, update, fix what's broken
n
- Launch and run a lapsed member campaign
n
- Kick off student membership engagement and prep 2026 pricing insights
n
- Lead the scholarship process end-to-end
n
- Oversee the Membership Services team
n
- Handle membership queries, upgrades, disputes, and everything in between
n
- Help prepare quarterly reports for the Membership Committee
n
- Keep an eye on data trends, revenue recognition,



and how member types behave
n
