An opportunity exists for an Associate (2 to 6 year PAE) to join a growing Commercial Property team. Working alongside respected senior practitioners, you will advise a broad range of clients including developers, investors, landowners, project managers, government entities and statutory bodies across a variety of commercial property matters.

The work includes:

- Commercial and residential developments
n
- Joint venture transactions
n
- Commercial, retail and industrial leasing
n
- Acquisitions and disposals
n
- Pastoral and Crown lease matters
n
- Town planning and environmental issues
n
- General property advisory work
n

n

This role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of matters while continuing to develop under the guidance of experienced mentors.

About You

n





You will have:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience in commercial property law
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
- A client-focused and commercially minded approach
n
- A genuine interest in building lasting client relationships
n
