SAP Solution Architect (SAP S/4HANA Transformation)

Are you an experienced SAP Solution Architect with a proven track record delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs?

n

We are partnering with a large Queensland organisation undertaking a significant SAP modernisation initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future‐state SAP landscape as the organisation transitions from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA using a Bluefield migration approach.

n

About the Role

n

As the SAP Solution Architect, you will provide functional architecture leadership across a complex SAP transformation program. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will assess the current SAP environment, define the future‐state solution architecture, and lead business process transformation to ensure a successful migration.

n

This is a hands‐on consulting role that requires both strategic thinking and practical delivery experience.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the functional solution architecture for an SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation.
n
- Define future‐state business processes aligned with SAP best practice.
n
- Assess existing SAP ECC configurations, customisations and business processes.
n
- Lead fit‐to‐standard workshops and make retain, redesign or retire recommendations.
n
- Define the functional scope for Selective Data Transition (Bluefield migration).
n
- Develop data migration rules,



mapping and business transformation requirements.
n
- Collaborate with business, technical and vendor teams throughout the program lifecycle.
n
- Support testing, business validation, cutover planning and post‐go‐live stabilisation.
n
- Identify functional risks, gaps and remediation strategies.
n
- Produce high‐quality architecture and design documentation.
n

About You

n

You will be an experienced SAP Solution Architect with extensive SAP S/4HANA transformation experience and a solid understanding of enterprise business processes.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Extensive experience delivering SAP Solution Architecture across large enterprise environments.
n
- Proven experience leading SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
n
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Bluefield migration or Selective Data Transition.
n
- Deep functional expertise across SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM and SD.
n
- Experience leading business process transformation and fit‐to‐standard workshops.
n
- Strong understanding of SAP data migration, mapping and business data requirements.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
n
- Experience supporting testing,



cutover and business readiness activities.
n
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- SAP S/4HANA certifications.
n
- Experience within government, transport, infrastructure or other large, complex organisations.
n
- Experience delivering enterprise‐wide SAP transformation programs across multiple business units.
n
