As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of the customer journey, guiding buyers through one of life's most important decisions – building their new home. This role is ideal for a high-performing consultant who thrives in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment and is ready to capitalise on strong enquiry levels and demand for a premium product. By delivering a skilled, consultative sales experience, you will play a key role in driving results while building lasting customer relationships.

Sales Consultant – Redland Bay Display

What You'll Do

n

- Represent Clarendon Homes at the Redland Bay display centre, delivering a premium brand experience
n
- Manage the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to signed contract
n
- Build strong rapport with customers and guide them confidently through the new home selection process
n
- Present home designs, inclusions, and upgrade options with clarity and confidence
n
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment
n
- Work a rotating roster (weekend work essential)
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will bring:

- Proven experience in new home sales within the project home building industry (essential)
n
- Solid closing capability and a results-driven mindset
n




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional approach

- High levels of organisation, motivation, and resilience in a high-volume setting

- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
