We're now looking for an exceptional Senior Paid Ads Campaign Manager who has a proven history of generating high-quality B2B leads through Google Ads and Meta Ads.

n

This is not an entry-level digital marketing role.

n

We're looking for someone who understands buyer psychology, data, conversion optimisation and how to consistently generate qualified opportunities - not just clicks.

What You'll Be Responsible For

n

n
- Planning and executing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube.
n
- Building and scaling high-performing Meta advertising campaigns.
n
- Developing campaign strategies focused on generating qualified B2B software and AI enquiries.
n
- Managing six-figure advertising budgets with disciplined ROI optimisation.
n
- Continuous A/B testing of audiences, messaging, creatives, landing pages and funnels.
n
- Keyword research, competitor analysis and bid strategy optimisation.
n
- Tracking every stage of the customer acquisition funnel.
n
- Working closely with our marketing, design and sales teams to continually improve campaign performance.
n
- Producing clear weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
n
- Staying ahead of Google's and Meta's latest advertising capabilities, AI tools and best practices.
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're seeking someone who can confidently demonstrate results, not just certifications.

n

n
- 5+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads professionally.
n
- A proven record of generating strong ROI from paid campaigns.
n
- Extensive experience running B2B lead generation campaigns.
n
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager and attribution.
n




- Experience optimising landing pages and conversion funnels.
n
- Excellent analytical and commercial thinking.
n
- Confidence managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
n
- A genuine passion for testing, learning and improving.
n

Highly Desirable

- Experience marketing software development, SaaS or AI products.
n
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
n
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and marketing automation.
n
- Experience using AI tools to improve campaign performance.
n
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
