As a Large Market Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing new enterprise and multinational business, leading complex sales opportunities, and building influential relationships with senior decision-makers. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape growth strategy, negotiate major contracts, and help expand our presence across key markets. Key Responsibilities:
n
- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and multinational customers.
n
- Lead complex sales cycles, develop strategic account plans, and build relationships with executive stakeholders.
n
- Present tailored solutions, negotiate high-value contracts, and achieve revenue growth targets.
n
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from prospecting through to onboarding.
n
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
n
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
n
Experience and Qualifications:
n
- 3+ years' experience in B2B sales,
including experience winning enterprise or multinational customers.
n
- Proven success managing complex, high-value sales opportunities and exceeding revenue targets.
n
- Strong consultative selling, executive stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiation skills.
n
- Experience with Salesforce or similar sales enablement platforms and a relevant tertiary qualification.
n
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
n
- Ideally located in Brisbane, however Sydney and Melbourne candidates will also be considered depending on experience
n
