n For over 50 years, Vili's has been serving South Australians their favourite pies, pastries and café classics. Our Production Kitchen preps the fresh ingredients and ready-to-go items you'll find in convenience stores, corner delis and supermarkets.

We are seeking reliable Kitchen Hands, Sandwich Artists and Catering Assistants to join the Vili's Family.

n

Rosters

n

Our Production Kitchen work 5 shifts a week Sunday to Friday with 1 day off during the week and access to reasonable overtime to meet business demand.

n

n
- Afternoon team (1pm or 2pm start) - assembling the sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, salad cups and other "grab and go" style items, ready for sale through both Vili's and customer retail cafes and outlets.
n

n

What you'll do

n

n
- Assemble & Pack: Build sandwiches, wraps, baguettes and salad cups to spec; weigh/label/date-code; present products neatly and consistently for retail.
n
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Follow SOPs/HACCP, allergen controls, FIFO and temperature checks; clean-as-you-go and end-of-shift cleaning.
n
- Teamwork & Pace: Work to production plans and deadlines; communicate clearly with Team Leaders and FOH/Dispatch; rotate tasks to support the team.

About you

n





n
- Experience in fast-paced kitchens or food production (canteens, cafés, food trucks or manufacturing) is ideal
n
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in chilled environments
n
- Attention to detail with recipes, portioning, labelling and presentation
n
- Safety-first mindset (manual handling, knives, hygiene) and dependable timekeeping
n
- Positive, team-oriented communicator who takes pride in consistent quality
n
- Reliability, punctuality and a commitment to quality
