Waterproofing Compliance Services - Prestons NSW

Waterproofing Compliance Services (WCS) is looking for an experienced Waterproofing Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on technical and client-facing role for someone with strong waterproofing and construction knowledge who takes pride in delivering compliant, practical and high-quality solutions. You'll work across waterproofing designs, specifications, Performance Solutions, inspections and estimating, while building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the business.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

- Reviewing drawings and specifications in accordance with the NCC and relevant Australian Standards
- Preparing compliant waterproofing designs, specifications and Performance Solutions
- Providing practical technical recommendations to clients
- Conducting site inspections and preparing quality assurance reports
- Preparing estimates and specifications based on project requirements
- Managing project documentation, timelines, tenders and pipeline activity
- Building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting,



mentoring and developing junior consultants and team members

About You

You'll bring robust technical knowledge of waterproofing membranes, the NCC, Building Code and relevant Australian Standards, along with the ability to interpret building drawings and develop Performance Solutions where required.

You'll also have excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage multiple projects and priorities. Experience in mentoring, supervising or managing others will be highly regarded.
