As our sustained growth continues, we are introducing a new position to support our multiple major Data Centre projects. We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced building materials environment.

- - Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, storage, and distribution
n
- - Lead and motivate a small warehouse team in a hands-on capacity
n
- - Manage inventory control, stock movements, replenishment, and stocktaking
n
- - Unload containers and trucks safely and efficiently
n
- - Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards
n
- - Optimise warehouse layout and space utilisation
n
- - Collaborate closely with Trade Partners and project teams
n




- - Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, environmental, and company policies
n

n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- - Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager and knowledge of building materials
n
- - Proven ability to plan and execute complex, multi-phase plans while adapting to changing project requirements.
n
- - To be confident with technology, including tracking logistics, using MS Office and our CRM, and maintaining accurate records.
n
- - Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
n
- - Valid Victorian (or Australian equivalent) Driver's License
n
- - Experience using warehouse management systems or inventory software
n
- - Robust organisational, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills
n
