We are looking for a hands-on Data migration lead to join a team focused on strengthening.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Database Architecture, or Data Warehousing, with at least 3+ years in a Lead or Managerial capacity.
n
- Oracle Expertise: Deep, authoritative knowledge of Oracle Database architecture (12c, 19c, 23c), Oracle Exadata, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
n
- Migration Mastery: Proven track record of successfully leading multiple large-scale enterprise data migration projects.
n
- Tooling: Expert-level proficiency in advanced SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Oracle GoldenGate (for real-time data replication and zero-downtime migrations).
n
- Data Modeling: Robust background in relational and dimensional data modeling techniques.
n




- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex database performance issues and migration blockers.
n
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Familiarity with Python, shell scripting, or other modern data scripting languages.
n
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
n
- Experience with 4gl/coolgen technologies nice to have.
n

n
