We're seeking a Project Support Officer (ICT) to provide high-level project coordination and administrative support across ICT initiatives. This role suits someone who is highly organised, confident working across multiple priorities, and comfortable supporting governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement in a structured project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end project coordination support across ICT projects and workstreams
- Assist with project schedules, actions, milestones, and deliverables tracking
- Support meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain project documentation(plans, registers, briefs, status updates)
- Contribute to reportingand governance requirements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to keep work progressing and issues visible
About You
You’ll bring strong coordination skills and a structured approach,
with the ability to communicate clearly and keep projects moving.
Ideally you’ll have:
- Experience in a project support / project officer / PMO supportrole (preferably ICT)
- Strong documentation, administration, and organisation skills
- Confidence using systems/tools to manage project information and records
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and manage competing deadlines
