Duggan Della are working with a well-regarded Perth legal practice seeking a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join its team on a permanent, full time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with at least 1.5 years’ post-admission experience to work across a broad corporate and commercial practice, with a particular focus on advising First Nations organisations, businesses and community-focused clients.

You will advise on

- Corporate governance, structuring and compliance;
- Charities, trusts and not-for-profit matters;
- Commercial contracts and transactions;
- Constitutions, governance documents and policies;
- Directors’ duties; and
- Matters involving the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (Cth).





We are looking for a lawyer with:

- 1.5 years’ PAE in corporate and commercial law;
- Strong front-end commercial experience;
- Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills;
- A collaborative and commercially minded approach; and
- An interest in supporting First Nations organisations and communities.
