We are working with a top-tier law firm based in Perth for a Lawyer to join their Disputes team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a growing Insurance and Commercial Disputes team, advising leading insurers, corporate organisations and government clients on complex contentious matters. The team handles a diverse range of disputes, including skilled indemnity, public and product liability, property claims, financial lines, marine and transport matters, regulatory disputes, subrogated recoveries and broader commercial litigation.

The role involves managing litigated matters, drafting pleadings, witness statements, submissions and legal advice, and managing discovery, evidence and court processes. The successful candidate will also attend mediations, hearings and settlement conferences.

Essential Criteria:





- 1-5 years’ PQE;
- Insurance or commercial litigation background;
- Strong academics;
- Technically excellent;
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines;
- Willingness to become involved in business development;
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
