We are seeking an Owners Corporation Lawyer, 2-3 PQE, with experience across the following areas:
- Building defect and Water Act claims;
- Litigation;
- Levy collection matters, including recovery proceedings and dispute resolution;
- Leasing and licensing of common property and Owners Corporation assets;
- Preparation and review of Plans of Subdivision; and
- Providing advice on Owners Corporations Act and Subdivision Act matters, including compliance and governance issues.
