About the role:

Work within a market-leading team and advise major Australian and international clients on sophisticated real estate transactions across other industry sectors in technology, life sciences and renewables. Your will work on matters such as:

- Real estate due diligence.
- Commercial and retail leasing.
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
- Property development and investment matters.

The ideal candidate:

- Have 2–4 years’ PQE gained within a top-tier,



international or highly regarded commercial law firm.
- Robust drafting, technical and commercial skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical and client management skills.
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively across other teams and jurisdictions.
