We are working with a leading Australian law firm based in Perth for a Lawyer to join their TMT team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading Technology team, advising major corporate and technology clients on complex matters at the intersection of technology, data, cyber, AI and digital regulation. The team supports clients on strategically important digital transformation projects, technology transactions and evolving regulatory requirements across a range of industries.

The role will involve advising on cyber incident response, governance and regulatory compliance, critical infrastructure arrangements and associated risk management obligations, privacy and big data matters, and domestic and cross-border data protection issues. The successful candidate will also advise on emerging AI regulation,



governance and risk management, alongside drafting and negotiating bespoke technology and commercial agreements.

Essential Criteria:

- 1-2 years’ PQE;
- TMT background;
- Experience liaising with clients;
- Strong team player;
- Commercial awareness;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Technically excellent.
