About the role: Working closely with experienced Partners and advise across a broad range of transactional property matters, with a particular focus on leasing and property development. Your work will include:

- Advising on commercial, retail and industrial leasing matters.
- Acting on a variety of property transactions and development projects.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating property and leasing documentation.

The ideal candidate:

- 1–2 years PQE gained within a reputable mid-tier,



top-tier or specialist property practice.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Commercial, organised and confident managing competing priorities.
