Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join The Woods Early Education Centre (EEC). Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 38 hours per week (flexible options available)

Location: Ashgrove

Compensation: Up to $39/hr + super

Lead Educator

Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.

Responsibilities:

- Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years
- Mentor and support Assistant Educators
- Foster inclusive, engaging, and secure learning environments
- Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and centre standards

Qualifications & Attributes:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Blue Card
- Leadership experience and strong curriculum knowledge
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
