We're looking for a Lead Process Analyst to help design, lead and optimise the processes that power our business and customer experiences.

This isn't a role where you'll simply document processes. You'll influence strategic decisions, lead a team of analysts, shape enterprise-wide process standards, and drive real business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing✅ Lead process analysis activities across complex transformation programs

✅ Guide and mentor a team of Process Analysts, uplifting capability and modelling best practice

✅ Develop end-to-end As-Is and To-Be process models that bring clarity to complexity

✅ Drive process governance, quality assurance and BPMN 2.0 standards

✅ Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to build shared understanding and alignment

✅ Manage process architecture, ensuring processes, capabilities and value streams connect seamlessly

✅ Identify risks, opportunities and improvements that deliver meaningful business outcomes

✅ Act as the go-to leader for process-related decisions, issues and strategic direction

What You'll Bring? 10+ years' experience in senior process analysis roles

? Deep expertise in BPMN 2.0 and process modelling best practices

? Experience leading process analysis within large-scale transformation programs

? Robust coaching and mentoring capabilities

? Expertise in process architecture, decomposition and governance

? Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights

? Outstanding stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills
