About the Role

We are looking for experienced professionals with transferable skills and a willingness to learn. Not suitable for students or recent graduates. The opportunity is suited to growth-minded professionals who enjoy learning, communicating ideas, building relationships and taking initiative.

You would learn about the personal development and leadership education available, develop your own understanding and experience, and use your communication and relationship-building skills to share what you learn with others. This is a self-employment opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position. The role is self-directed, and you would take responsibility for building and developing your own pathway, with education, resources and support available as you learn.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse professionals in a remote environment.

- The ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Confidence using virtual collaboration tools.
