About the Role We're looking for a Learning Consultant to support Suncorp's Enterprise Onboarding Program, including the delivery of “Welcome Day” experiences for new starters. This role combines learning coordination, stakeholder engagement, reporting, operational support and learner enquiry management. Working closely with the Learning Facilitator, you'll take ownership of key onboarding processes while also building broader capability in the operations of learning.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate the end-to-end administration of Enterprise Onboarding programs, ensuring recent starters have a seamless and engaging experience from day one.
- Manage Welcome Day logistics, including starter communications guest speaker coordination and event support to ensure successful program delivery.
- Take ownership of onboarding reporting, providing accurate insights and updates to stakeholders to support operational decision making.
- Respond to and resolve enquiries from new starters and business stakeholders..
- Support Learning Management System administration, including learner enrolments and record management while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
- Establish and identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation and service delivery, helping create consistent and scalable onboarding experiences.

What You'll Bring

- Experience in administration, operations, learning support or service delivery within a corporate environment, with the ability to establish and manage processes from start to finish.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail,



enabling you to coordinate multiple activities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Experience managing stakeholder enquiries and providing practical solutions that create positive customer experiences.
- Confidence using enterprise systems and digital tools. Exposure to Learning Management Systems, HR platforms or case management systems will be highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills that help you build trusted relationships across learning teams, business stakeholders and external partners.
- A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to work independently, take ownership and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
