Role Description The Learning & Development Specialist is a part time, remote role responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives that support ONENESS SOLAR MOUNTING SYSTEMS’ global operations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs assessments, developing learning materials and digital content, and managing courses within learning platforms or learning management systems. The specialist will facilitate virtual training sessions and workshops for internal teams and external partners, focusing on solar mounting products, processes, and best practices.

The role also involves coaching team members, gathering feedback, tracking participation and performance metrics, and continuously improving learning programs to support operational efficiency and customer experience. Collaboration with engineering, sales, and operations teams is expected to ensure training content is accurate, practical, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development to conduct needs analyses, design programs, and support continuous learning.




- Candidates should possess Learning Management skills to administer courses, track learner progress, and optimize use of learning platforms.
- Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills to create engaging, clear, and practical training materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly, lead virtual sessions, and collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
- Candidates should possess Coaching skills to support individual development, provide constructive feedback, and encourage skill growth.
- Experience with remote training delivery tools (e.g., webinar platforms, e-learning authoring tools) and familiarity with technical or engineering environments are beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across time zones are important for success in this role.
