We are looking for an eLearning Specialist & Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging, practical and operationally relevant learning solutions that build capability across our aviation business.

This is a specialist instructional design role where you'll work closely with operational leaders and subject matter experts to turn complex operational, technical and compliance requirements into effective learning experiences. You'll create learning that helps our people perform safely, consistently and confidently — contributing to aviation safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence and workforce capability. What you'll do:

On any given day, you will:

- Research,



design and develop eLearning and blended learning programs using adult learning and instructional design methodologies to support our operations.
- Ensure learning aligns with dnata SOPs, airline partner requirements, aviation legislation and airport procedure to meet compliance, audit and operational capability requirements, including LMS administration.
- Partner with operational leaders and SME’s to develop interactive scenarios, assessments, simulations and learning activities relevant to real-world aviation operations.
- Translate complex operational, technical and compliance information into clear, engaging learning content.
- Develop learning pathways, facilitator guides, learner resources, videos, QRGs and supporting training materials.
- Design learning for frontline, shift-based and geographically dispersed operational teams.
- Maintain and continuously improve learning content as operational procedures and requirements evolve.

Your Experience:

We're looking for an experienced eLearning Specialist / Instructional Designer with:

- Demonstrated experience designing and developing eLearning and blended learning solutions.
- Experience developing interactive digital learning, assessments and multimedia content.
- Experience working with operational, frontline or compliance-focused environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management capability.
- Experience developing compliance training and supporting operational audits.
LMS administration experience.
- Experience developing facilitator guides, QRGs and operational documentation.
- Experience in aviation, transport, logistics or another safety-critical industry will be advantageous.
