Our team helps protect Banking and Financial Services from cyber threats by identifying, investigating and responding to security incidents. We work closely with teams across the organisation to strengthen our security posture and support the safe delivery of banking services.

What role will you play?
In this role you will investigate and respond to advanced cyber threats targeting our Retail Banking business. You will analyse attack trends and emerging risks to help improve proactive security measures, while working closely with other teams to coordinate effective incident response and remediation. You will also support our 24/7 Security Operations Centre through a rotational on-call schedule.
What you offer
- 3-5 years’ experience in security operations within large enterprise environments
- Experience leading and coordinating security incident response activities with cross-team collaboration to deliver effective remediation
- Solid understanding of web application security, common vulnerabilities and modern web and API security risks, including the OWASP Top 10
- Experience supporting incident response for phishing, fraud and account compromise within retail banking environments
- Robust knowledge of cloud security and threat detection in AWS and GCP, with experience using security information and event management platforms such as Splunk, Google SecOps, Sumologic CloudSIEM or similar tools,
and an interest in emerging technologies including AI-enabled security operations capabilities
