We are seeking a Contract Specialist (expat) willing to relocated to another Asia country to work in high-profile #port #infrastructure project within our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in #contract administration, #risk management, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met across the project lifecycle. This role demands precision, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to navigating complex contractual frameworks in a energetic, multidisciplinary environment

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts including #EPC, consultancy, vendor, and subcontractor agreements.
n
- Ensure alignment with #FIDIC, local regulations, and client-specific requirements.
n
- Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
n
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory frameworks, including maritime and environmental compliance.
n
- Liaise with legal teams, procurement, engineering, and client representatives to ensure contractual clarity and alignment.
n
- Support dispute resolution and claims management processes.
n
- Monitor scope changes and variations; prepare documentation for claims and change orders.
n
- Maintain logs and records of contractual correspondence and amendments.
n
- Develop contract status reports, risk registers, and dashboards for senior management.

- Maintain organized records of executed contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
n

Qualifications & Skills

n

n
- Reelevant Bachelor's Degree, preferably postgraduate in Contract Management
n
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project/contract management of large construction projects, experience in similar capacity on supply/base port projects
n
- Familiarity with #FIDIC, NEC, or other international contracting standards.
n
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
n
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
