The Role

Are you a visionary tech leader ready to shape the future of a fast‐paced, innovation‐driven organisation? We're looking for a Head of Technology to lead our strategic technology direction, drive digital transformation, and build high‐performing global teams across IT and Software Development.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Strategic Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team to align technology strategy with business goals and lead transformation initiatives.
n
- IT Oversight: Manage global IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, helpdesk operations, and enterprise systems with a focus on uptime, security, and compliance.
n
- Software Development Leadership: Guide agile teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‐performing applications aligned with our product roadmap.
n
- Team Building: Mentor and grow cross‐functional teams, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
n
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to global standards (GDPR, ISO 27001,



ISO 9001, ISO 45001) and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience (10+years) in leading enterprise‐wide technology strategies and large‐scale projects.
n
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate tech into business value.
n
- Expertise in cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity.
n
- In‐depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development.
n
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and coaching others.
n
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
