We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team at Ridley AgriProducts in Clifton.

The Role

n

As a Mill Production Operator, you will:

n

n
- Learn to operate and monitor production equipment (we'll train you)
n
- Help ensure our products meet quality standards
n




- Support the team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently
n
- Follow safety practices to keep yourself and your teammates safe
n
- Keep your work area clean and organised
n
- Work closely with a supportive team to achieve shared goals
n

n

You will have

- A willingness to learn and give things a go - no experience needed
n
- A positive attitude and robust work ethic
n
- Attention to detail and pride in doing a job well
n
- A team‐first mindset and good communication skills
n
- Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends if required)

- Previous experience and/or certifications in manufacturing processes or production environment (desirable, but not essential)
