As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you will work alongside experienced clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams, developing your clinical skills while contributing to exceptional resident outcomes and wellbeing.

Fitzroy North – Clifton Views
Melbourne’s first high-rise aged care home with 123 beds and stunning skyline views.
Altona North – Marina
A 190-bed home in a familiar suburban setting, close to shops and public transport.
Whittlesea – Sunlight
A newly redeveloped 150-bed home in a peaceful rural setting with convenient access to local amenities.
Hours of Work
- Flexibility: Part-time and casual roles
- Shifts that suit you: AM, PM, and Night Duty available
About the Role
- Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
- Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and clinical reviews.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals.
- Monitor resident wellbeing and support positive health outcomes.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
- Work collaboratively with care teams to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
- Participate in education, training, and professional development opportunities

What you’ll need
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Relevant Nursing Qualifications
- NDIS check (includes police check)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2026 Influenza vaccination
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
