Choices Flooring Toowoomba is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Rep to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Toowoomba QLD, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the flooring and interior design industry, where you'll combine sales expertise with creative colour consultation to help customers find the perfect flooring solutions for their homes and businesses. This position is integral to driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and establishing Choices Flooring Toowoomba as the preferred flooring destination in the region.

What you’ll be doing

- Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs, lifestyle requirements, and design preferences
- Provide colour and design consultation to guide customers towards suitable flooring options
- Showcase and demonstrate the full range of flooring products, including materials, finishes, and durability features
- Prepare accurate quotes and product specifications tailored to individual customer requirements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Support customer aftercare and address any queries or concerns regarding purchased products

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience in a sales or retail setting
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written




- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries effectively
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and positive attitude
- Full-time availability with flexibility to work within standard retail hours, including alternating Saturdays
