About the Role:

n

We are currently seeking a full time Customer Service Officer to join our team within the Service & Warranty department.

n

We are looking for thosewho areteam-orientated and havegreat customer focus. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and satisfaction levels through excellent delivery of service and efficient administration for ourclients.

n

Some of the key responsibilities include:

n

Maintaining client contact and providing timely responses/updates to all inquiries

n





Providing administration support and scheduling of inspections forthe Service & Warranty Supervisors and Inspectors

n

Ensuring procedures and checklists are established and maintained

n

Ensuring work is processed through workflow

n

Appropriate electronic and hard copy filing for all job files

n

Delivery of exceptional customer service at all times

n

To be considered, you should possess:

n

Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role in the Construction Industry combined with the ability to meet customer satisfaction levels

n

Be confident in your approach to handling difficult queries, a busy workload and demanding deadlines

n

Exceptional time management skills & highly organised

n

Excellent communication skills, data entry efficiency and a customer and quality focus.
