What You'll Be Doing

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers

- Deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Work closely with our sales and operations teams to provide tailored solar solutions

- Stay ahead of the game by gathering market insights and competitor intel

- 1–2 years' experience in a customer-facing role (sales/account management ideal)

- Solid communication and relationship-building skills

- Confident negotiator with a knack for solving challenges

- Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

- Understanding of solar products
n
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
n
- A tertiary qualification in business, marketing or renewable energy is a bonus
