This role is a senior field sales position where you'll not only continue to drive your own territory success, but also play a key part in shaping team activity, sharing knowledge, and supporting field performance.

Still out in the field, still working with major hardware names like Bunnings and Mitre 10 – but now with more influence, more scope, and a bigger role in where things go next.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Grow and own your territory across VIC/TAS – with autonomy and backing
n
- Build trusted store-level relationships across Bunnings and independents
n




- Be a go-to resource for the sales team – sharing what works and supporting others
n
- Align your field activity with national promotions and marketing campaigns
n
- Use data tools and reports to spot gaps, trends, and drive smarter sales
n
- Be a trusted sounding board to the Sales Manager, offering insights from the front line
n

What You Bring

n

n
- 2+ years' success in field sales – ideally with hardware, trade, or tools
n
- Deep understanding of how to grow accounts like Bunnings or Mitre 10
n
- Strong communicator and natural relationship builder
n
- Able to influence and support others without needing a formal title
n
- Confident using sales data and territory planning tools
n
- Self-motivated, well-organised and proud of your professionalism
n
