What you'll be doing

- Proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging high‐calibre candidates

- Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver against timelines
n
- Managing multiple roles at once while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
n
- Supporting the team through a busy and exciting hiring period

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or internal recruitment
n
- Strong background in retail or leadership‐level hiring
n
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
