We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join a busy private specialist practice on a part time basis (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday). You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming and professional experience to patients while supporting doctors and the wider team with daily admin tasks.
Key tasks include greeting patients, handling calls, scheduling appointments, billing and Medicare/health fund invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.
