Brindabella Christian College is a growing, non-denominational co-education Early Learning to Year 12 Christian school in the North of Canberra. It has a vision to build a community of Wisdom, Integrity, Service and Excellence in and through Christian education.

The College is excited to have renewed focus on quality teaching and learning within the framework of strong, Christ-centered curriculum, pedagogy, and pastoral care. It is a 'mid fee' independent school in Canberra, with some 1000 students from Early Learning Centre to Year 12.

About the role

n

The actual and anticipated vacancies are for committed and dedicated primary teachers with a passion for Christian education. We welcome applicants who are creative, inquiring, and enthusiastic, and have a genuine commitment to the holistic education of students. The position is full-time (negotiable) and will start at the commencement of Term 1 in 2025.

Teachers at Brindabella Christian College will:

- Demonstrate excellent teaching practice

- Have knowledge of how to structure lessons to meet the academic and pastoral development of students
n
- Be able to create and maintain protected, inclusive, and challenging learning environments and implement fair and equitable behaviour management plans
n
- Show a willingness to participate in the College's extensive co-curricular program
n
- Incorporate Christian world views understanding and Biblical truth into their lessons
