Surf Toyota is expanding and seeking a vibrant, energetic HR Officer to join our growing team in Tweed Heads South. You will provide hands-on HR support, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee records, and help implement policies and training plans.
You’ll back managers on HR issues, handle inquiries, liaise with the Motor Traders Association, and ensure adherence to policies and legal standards while contributing to a positive workplace culture.
