About the Role

n

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls professional to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
n
- Perform critical path analysis and progress tracking to ensure timely project delivery
n
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
n
- Prepare and analyse project performance reports, including earned value metrics
n
- Manage change control processes, including scope, schedule, and cost changes
n
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide strategic insights and recommendations
n
- Implement and maintain project control systems and tools
n
- Support the development of project governance frameworks and best practices
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project controls function
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Proven experience in project controls within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
n
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Contruent, and cost management systems
n
- Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM) principles and practices
n
- Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
n
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced, complex stakeholder environment
n
- Experience with contract management and procurement processes
n
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
n




- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
n
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross‐functional teams
n
