Responsibilities

As one of our skilled Clinique Beauty Advisors, you will combine your skincare knowledge, passion for beauty and genuine care for people to deliver a welcoming, educational and personalised in‐store experience. Through thoughtful consultations, you will help customers understand their skin needs and recommend Clinique products and routines that are right for them.

You will enjoy working as part of a high‐performing team to create impact through in‐store events, build strong customer relationships and ensure the counter consistently meets Clinique's high standards of presentation and visual merchandising.

Previous experience in skincare, beauty or retail is desirable; however, we also welcome applicants who demonstrate a strong interest in skincare, a willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service. Qualifications

- While a qualification in beauty therapy, skincare or previous prestige beauty retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with a strong passion for skincare who can demonstrate excellent consultation skills, product knowledge and a willingness to learn.

- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
n
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events, in a quick‐paced retail environment.
n
- Previous experience using retail point‐of‐sale systems is desirable.
n
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
