We're looking for an "end-to-end" Solution Architect who loves solving real life business problems leveraging technology and modernising architectures, shaping technology direction, and partnering closely with technology and engineering teams.

This role is well-suited to a Solution Architect who enjoys working across multiple architecture pillars versus someone who just focuses on one particular architecture lane, so if you're the type of end-to-end Architect who can design solutions bringing together the full spectrum of Enterprise Apps, Data and Integration in your end-to-end solution designs, then you'll thrive in a role like this, especially if you enjoy designing practical, scalable solutions and influencing how systems come together across an Enterprise.

As a unique X-Factor, if you come from an industry background that has exposure to Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics, and customer facing B2B areas, this will give you a unique edge in this role, yet it's not mandatory at all.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Designing end‐to‐end solutions across Applications, Data, and Integration architecture domains.
n
- Translating business needs into clear, future‐ready architectures.
n
- Evaluating options and guiding stakeholders through decisions and trade-offs of one direction versus another.
n
- Creating modern design patterns, standards, and reusable design assets.
n
- Working with technology domain experts across Enterprise Apps & ERP, Data, Azure Cloud, as well as Integration to ensure alignment.
n
- Designing architectures and modern digital platforms,



leveraging your solid understanding of Azure cloud services across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
n
- Supporting delivery teams through detailed solution design and implementation.
n
- Contributing to the uplift of the architectural practice and its ways of working.
n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- Proven experience working as a Solution Architect in Enterprise level environments.
n
- Experience working across multiple domains such as Digital platforms, Enterprise Applications, Data, Integration, or customer‐facing systems.
n
- Familiarity with large‐scale transformation programs and guiding solutions from design through to implementation.
n
- Experience with microservices, event‐driven design, modular architectures, and up-to-date data platforms.
n
- Experience helping modernise data ecosystems and uplift data capabilities and AI innovation within a cloud or hybrid environment.
n
- Experience with Azure cloud‐based architectures and modern integration patterns.
n
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and data architecture concepts such as Data Lake, Data Warehousing, Databricks etc...
n
- Ability to communicate technical ideas simply and clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
n
- Exposure to Enterprise platforms, cloud‐native services, and containerisation technologies.
n
- Industry certifications in architecture or cloud (e.g., TOGAF, cloud architect certifications) are beneficial but not essential.
n
