About the Role

n

As a Manager,



you'll take ownership of a client portfolio while supporting and developing your team.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Managing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns (companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals)
n
- Assist and engage in special projects, such as succession planning, tax planning, etc., where your innovative thinking and initiative will shine
n
- Providing tax compliance and advisory services
n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
- Working closely with Directors on client strategy and growth
n
- Overseeing workflow, deadlines, and team performance
n
- Mentoring and developing junior accountants
n
- Liaising with clients and the ATO on compliance and advisory matters
n
- Managing GST reconciliations and BAS lodgements
n

About You

n

We're specifically seeking professionals with robust Australian public practice experience who can confidently step into a leadership role.

n

You Will Bring

n

n
- Proven experience in Australian tax and business advisory (essential)
n
- Minimum 4–5+ years in public practice / accounting firm environment
n
- CA/CPA/CTA qualified or in progress
n
- Strong technical skills across tax compliance and financial reporting
n
- Confident client-facing and communication skills
n
- Leadership capability or readiness to step into a manager role
n
- A willingness to relocate or be based in regional WA
n
- Experience or interest in agribusiness is highly regarded (particularly for Narrogin)
