Technical Delivery Lead | Azure DevOps | SAFe | NV1 Clearance

The Network IT Recruitment are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to lead the planning and delivery of complex software releases across Agile engineering teams. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role where you'll work closely with architects, developers, testers and product owners to drive successful technical outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Lead technical delivery across Agile software development teams
n
- Manage Azure DevOps backlogs, Epics, Features and User Stories
n
- Coordinate Program Increment (PI) planning and release delivery
n
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release management and operational readiness
n
- Manage technical risks, dependencies and resource planning
n
- Engage technical and business stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes
n

n

We're looking for experience with:

n

n




- Technical Delivery, Engineering Management or Technical Program Management
n
- Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos)
n
- SAFe, Scrum or Kanban Agile delivery
n
- CI/CD and contemporary software engineering practices
n
- Cloud and enterprise application delivery
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n

n

Key Requirements:

n

n
- Federal Government experience (delivery within major complex national programs preferred)
n
- Program or Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, SAFe)
n
- NV1 Security Clearance
n

n

Canberra (Onsite for first minimum 3-6 months then hybrid)
n NV1 preferred
n 12-month contract with extension options

n
