Facility Manager / Registered Nurse, Aged Care - Orange, NSW

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager / Registered Nurse for a permanent senior leadership position within a residential aged care facility in Orange, NSW, commencing ASAP. In this role you will hold overall responsibility for the operational, clinical and financial performance of the facility, leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, resident-centred care. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced aged care leader to take full ownership of a facility within one of regional NSW's most vibrant and sought-after communities.

- Overall operational, clinical and financial management of the facility
- Lead, mentor and develop clinical and care teams to deliver high-quality resident outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation and legislative requirements
- Oversee clinical governance, incident management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage AN-ACC funding, budgets and resource allocation
- Drive workforce planning, recruitment and staff retention
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, GPs,



allied health and community stakeholders
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with organisational values

About You:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated experience in aged care facility management or senior clinical leadership
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation and AN-ACC funding
- Proven operational, financial and workforce management capability
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to drive quality improvement and positive workplace culture
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Eligible to work in Australia
